At Rise and Advance Tutoring Services, our mission is to inspire and empower students by providing personalized, one-on-one tutoring that fosters academic growth, builds confidence, and ignites a love for learning. Babysitting Services (Optional Add-On)
Several tutoring families have expressed appreciation for the strong relationships built during our sessions. In some cases, families have also inquired about childcare support, I am pleased to offer babysitting as an additional service for families seeking trusted childcare support.

Session Logistics
Locations Served
Rise & Advance Tutoring is based in Suffolk, Virginia, with in-person tutoring available in Suffolk and select surrounding areas throughout Hampton Roads.
Nearby locations may include Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Smithfield/Carrollton, and Virginia Beach, depending on travel distance and availability.
Travel Area: In-person clients are typically accepted within approximately a 20-minute drive. Select locations up to approximately 30 minutes away may be accommodated based on scheduling and availability.
Virtual tutoring is available regardless of location.
Session Duration
Sessions are typically 1–2 hours, with flexibility to cover multiple subjects during a single session when appropriate.
Scheduling
Flexible scheduling is available, including the option to meet multiple times per week based on student needs and availability.

Materials
Sessions may incorporate school- or family-provided materials, along with additional resources selected by the tutor as needed. Students are encouraged to bring any specific assignments, materials, or topics they would like to work on.
